All on 6 UK is not a lead marketplace. When you request an assessment, your details are shared — with your explicit consent, only with Taki Dent in Antalya — never with a panel of clinics bidding for you. Taki Dent's clinical team reviews your case and replies to you.

We may share data with service providers who help operate this website (such as hosting, analytics, and the secure messaging channel used to notify Taki Dent of your request), only to the extent necessary and under appropriate data-processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. International Transfer to Türkiye

Taki Dent is located in Türkiye and acts as a separate, independent data controller for the clinical assessment, any treatment and its aftercare. Sharing your request with Taki Dent therefore involves transferring your personal data — including any health data — outside the UK. This transfer is made on the basis of your explicit consent for this specific assessment. Türkiye is not currently covered by UK “adequacy” regulations, so data-protection rights and remedies there may differ from those in the UK. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

7. Data Retention

Assessment-request data is normally retained for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, after which it is deleted or anonymised — unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to keep a record of your consent. Dental images and X-rays you share are not retained beyond the time needed to forward your request to Taki Dent. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
